The Talking Books Program meets the reading needs and interests of New Hampshire residents who cannot see, handle, or process printed material comfortably. Eligibility includes anyone whose low vision, blindness, or disability makes reading regular printed material difficult. The program lends a wide variety of materials. Applications are available online. The services are free.
