Connor’s Law

Connor’s Law is a bill that has been passed in the state of New Hampshire. It mandates insurance companies to provide coverage for certain therapies aimed at treating Autism. These therapies include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Connor’s Law applies only to insurance products sold within the state of NH. Thanks to this law, health insurance plans regulated by the state of NH are now required to cover therapeutic intervention based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children from birth to 12 years of age, up to $36,000 per year. For children aged 13 to 21 years, these plans must cover such therapies up to $27,000 per year.
