The Workforce Investment Act (WIA) youth programs are designed to help young people ages 14-21 get a high school diploma or equivalent and become job-ready and career-oriented. Programs provide comprehensive services, including education, employment preparation, leadership development, and support services.

Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Adult Services: Young people ages 18 and up are also eligible for all WIA services available at the NH Works Centers for adults. There are also eligibility requirements to qualify for these programs.

Job Corps is a no-cost education and career technical training program administered by the U.S. Department of Labor that helps young people ages 16 to 24 improve the quality of their lives through career technical and academic training. Applicants must meet one or more of these conditions: receive public assistance, earn poverty-level income, be homeless, be a foster child, or qualify for free or reduced lunches.
