Easter Seals, through generous support from Comcast NBC Universal, provides parents with free access to the Ages & Stages Questionnaires, Third Edition (ASQ-3). Families can use this tool to do a screening at home.
Be sure to copy the results and share the completed questionnaire and results with your child’s doctor.
